What are the costs involved?
Eidi Properties does not charge its Tenants commissions for leasing. Tenants will be responsible for all charges stipulated in their lease.
How many locations do you have?
Eidi Properties manages over Twenty Properties throughout North West Ohio and South East Michigan.
What if I want to make changes to my unit?
Eidi Properties will work with you to ensure that the changes you make are acceptable. Our goal is to see you, the Tenant, succeed and we will not hinder you from doing so.
