Ramy Eidi serves as President of Eidi Properties, with over 15 years of Property Management experience. After completing High School Mr. Eidi attended the University of Toledo where his concentrations were Business as well as Finance. After excelling in his studies at the University of Toledo, Mr. Eidi began to utilize his skills in Business Management and Promotions for a number of local businesses. While utilizing his business knowledge, Mr. Eidi became active in investing in the Commercial Real Estate industry as an investor and manager. In 1999 Mr. Eidi began his property management company, with a strong emphasis on Tenant services and Real Estate improvement as well as building relationships with local and national business leaders. Currently, Mr. Eidi's portfolio consists of 25 shopping centers with approximately 2.1 million square feet of commercial retail and office space throughout three different states. Some of Mr. Eidi's work include his work with the Woodland Mall revitalization, Parkway Plaza revitalization as well as exceptional financing and marketing skills.
Bobbi Ross serves as Administrative Assistant for Eidi Properties, with over 20 years of management and accounting experience. Mrs. Ross has extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and applications as well as the G.A.A.P. principles. Mrs. Ross has management experience in retail sales as well as experience as a Project Manager and Construction Oversight Manager. Mrs. Ross is a vital asset to Eidi Properties, serving not only as a bookkeeper but also as the Administrative Assistant and Notary Public for Eidi Properties.
Robert Ruiz serves as Vice President of Eidi Properties, with 10 years of Business Management experience. Mr. Ruiz began his own business after completing High School, which eventually led to the start of a second business. In 2000, Mr. Ruiz sold his business interest in order to pursue other avenues. After several years as a business owner/operator, Mr. Ruiz attended the University of Toledo where he concentrated his studies on Business Law, Political Science and Foreign Languages. While working towards obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish, Mr. Ruiz managed and operated two national chain hotels, as well as a 100+ unit apartment complex. In 2004 Mr. Ruiz began his involvement with Eidi Properties and eventually moved on to be involved in the responsibilities of assisting in operations, management and leasing for Eidi Properties.
Viola Grzybowski (Vi) serves as Receptionist / Office Manager for Eidi Properties with over 25 years experience in management, coordination and bookkeeping. Vi also has educational experience in Real Estate Financing, Accounting and Coordination that allows our office to maximize output and flow to our business operations. With the addition of Vi, Eidi Properties has gained a vital component that will allow us to continue growing and adapting in the ever-changing world of Commercial Real Estate.
Nancy Schumacher serves as Receptionist/Admin Assistant for Eidi Properties. She brings with her over 20 years of office experience and diversity. As a former Realtor, a Mortgage Loan Processor for two of the nation’s largest lenders, and with many years experience in all phases of real estate office, title and financing, Nancy demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude that will assist in our continued growth.
Michelle Giesler serves as Accountant for Eidi Properties. Michelle brings her accounting experience to our office, including extensive knowledge in the GAAP, fraud prevention and account review as well as focused studies on the forensic aspect of accounting. Michelle is a graduate of Tiffin University, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Forensic accounting. Michelle is currently studying to take the Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE) exam, and is planning on advancing her studies in order to obtain her CPA Licensing. Based on Michelle’s experience and professionalism, we are sure that she will further assist Eidi Properties in its continued growth.
